Daily Journal – AM Manifesting & PM Reflecting: There is a daily journal you can use in the morning and in the evening. This practice is designed to take you less than five minutes per day. In the morning spend a couple of minutes filling out the AM Manifesting. This helps you set your intentions for the day. What you focus on grows. In the evening wrap up your day by spending just a few minutes reflecting on your day with the journal prompt questions. Reflecting helps you increase your awareness.
