Our leadership development program – The Next Level Achievement System – focuses on the cultivation of constructive habits, attitudes and behaviors required for upward mobility. Our program engages top leaders in comprehensive processes that are simple and life changing.
Effective leadership never happens by accident – it must be developed Our program has shown that when properly executed, those who participate demonstrate a significantly positive – and sustainable! – impact upon their habits, professional relationships and lives.
Annual Leadership Program Includes:
- A 1:1 coaching call per month with Jenni or David with support throughout the month via phone, text or email.
- A monthly leadership team call with topics including goals, conflict resolution, the concept of grow or decline, and how to win the head game. Four team calls per year, with one recommended per quarter.
- Monthly 1:1 coaching call where the cost is split between leader and advocate (we recommend a 50/50 split). This is an additional cost based upon participants. $300/month per participant.
PACKAGE COST OF $4,800 (plus co-paid coaching program) with option to pay in full or 2 payments of $2,400.
Total represents a $3,200 in savings if purchased separately.
On 8/1/22 discount packages expire, and coaching calls increase to $500/call. Co-paid leadership program is an additional ($300/call). Final cost is based upon total number of participants, and how much is allocated to participate. We recommend a 50/50 split ($150/each).
