You will receive all meals, lodging and ground transportation in Tuscany, all excursions, and professional life coaching with Jenni Byrd Grier in a cozy environment of a small group of participants. Participants are responsible for their own air travel to Italy and transportation to/from the villa. Your transportation to the villa on Feb 27 and back to airport on March 6th can be arranged by Jenni. This is an additional cost and is typically around $85-$150 per person each way (if we get multiple people to travel together). Once you register for the retreat Jenni will reach out to you to see if you would like her to coordinate your transportation to the villa.
Participants arrive on February 27 and make their way to the villa. We will have a group welcome dinner together that evening at the villa. Retreat participants will have life coaching, meditation sessions, and group excursions February 27-March 5. We will depart the villa on the morning of March 6th.

CANCELLATION POLICY & TRAVEL INSURANCE
A non-refundable deposit of $995 is required to reserve your space for the retreat. Due to the limited number of retreat spaces and advance commitments made on behalf of participants, all retreat payments are non-refundable unless otherwise stated below.
If you are unable to attend, you may transfer your reservation to another participant identified and approved by us. In this case, all payments made beyond the initial $995 deposit will be refunded once the replacement participant has completed registration and payment in full.
If a replacement participant cannot be secured, all retreat payments, including any remaining balance paid, are non-refundable.
In the unlikely event that we must cancel the retreat due to circumstances beyond our control, all retreat payments, including the deposit, will be fully refunded. Please note that we are not responsible for additional expenses incurred outside of the retreat cost, including airfare, accommodations booked independently, transportation, or other travel-related expenses.
Travel Insurance
We strongly encourage all participants to purchase comprehensive travel insurance to protect their investment in the retreat. We highly recommend selecting a policy that includes Trip Cancellation/Interruption coverage and, if additional flexibility is desired, Cancel For Any Reason (CFAR) coverage.
Travel insurance may provide reimbursement for covered unforeseen events such as illness, family emergencies, travel delays, or other qualifying circumstances. CFAR coverage can offer broader cancellation flexibility, depending on the policy selected.
Participants may purchase travel insurance through any provider of their choice. For international retreat travel, many participants choose providers such as Allianz or Chubb for trip cancellation, interruption, medical, and travel delay coverage. If additional flexibility is desired, participants may wish to explore policies that include Cancel For Any Reason (CFAR) coverage.
If you purchase travel insurance independently and need to file a claim, we are happy to provide documentation including receipts and a written notice of cancellation for insurance purposes.
