Whether a stay-at-home mom or a top organizational leader, we are all human beings.\u00a0 As human beings we have one thing in common, our natural human instincts.\u00a0 Our instincts serve a major purpose — to keep us safe physically, but the major stimulus is FEAR!<\/p>\n

The instinctive stimulus of fear begins to dominate our thinking processes as we age from childhood into adulthood and can affect us both personally and professionally.\u00a0 By our natural use of our human instincts to protect us physically, we begin to build thought structures from the basic emotion of fear. \u00a0Fearful, reactive thoughts tend to be the root cause of stress, anxiety, doubt and disease.\u00a0We unconsciously resist change and growth due to our instinctive fearful response to anything new.\u00a0 So, by this instinctive response to life, we are inclined to grow stagnant.<\/p>\n

The Byrd Group addresses this issue with individuals, groups and businesses using a system and process that has been proven over years of practical application.\u00a0 The Next Level Achievement SystemTM<\/sup><\/a> replaces old reactive thinking processes with a simple system of daily proactive behaviors.\u00a0 This process is aimed at replacing old instinctive thoughts and behaviors with new proactive thoughts and behaviors.<\/p>\n

Coaching others to achieve their full potential has been a life-long career focus for David Byrd. David coached football on the high school and collegiate level in South Carolina before joining Leadership Management International, founded by Paul J. Meyer, in Waco, Texas. David Byrd Consulting was established in 2009 to provide individuals, businesses, teams and organizations with practical, proven systems that produce measurable results. David created the The Next Level Achievement SystemTM<\/sup><\/a>, a program of personal management, leadership development, organizational planning and personal next-level growth. Utilizing this system to help leaders and their organizations reach that coveted next level has been the cornerstone of his life\u2019s work.<\/p>\n

With a long-standing dream goal of working closely with her dad to assist individuals and businesses in their proactive growth, Jenni Byrd Grier joined David Byrd Consulting in 2014. Jenni brought extensive management and leadership experience to the company after serving in various positions in both International and American companies. She was named President of David Byrd Consulting in 2018 and has expanded the company\u2019s vision of transformational change for their clients to include workshops, retreats and online programs.<\/p>\n

The evolvement of David Byrd Consulting to The Byrd Group is a reflection of David and Jenni’s commitment to their clients’ achievement and personal growth and an outlet to exemplify the company\u2019s purpose and mission.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n
