Life can be busy! It’s hard to create the time and space we need for ourselves. This retreat is all about being away from the routine of home so you can dive deep into yourself, explore what is holding you back, and simultaneously step into who you have always been – all while being a part of a small, intimate group of women. Jenni will guide you through amazing meditations and breathwork sessions,
help you identify your limiting beliefs and talk to you about how to start living life at your highest potential. You can take advantage of yoga on the beach or enjoy some quiet time and journaling. You will
leave the retreat feeling energized and with the clarity you need to step into 2022 in the highest version of you!
The retreat begins Friday, January 14th and ends on Monday, January 17th. We will begin around 5pm on Friday and will wrap up retreat activities Sunday evening. Participants are welcome to stay Sunday night to relax, integrate and meditate. Monday morning, we will have breakfast and participants can take their time to pack up.
The retreat will be held in a private home on Edisto Island, SC and features views of Big Bay Creek, marshes, and lagoons and is an easy walk to the beach. It features 5 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms. More information on the home can be found aquí.
